Cathy McNally

Director of Storage Operations

As the Director of Storage Operations Cathy is responsible for the leadership and management of our self-storage properties as well as the development of new facilities. She is an active volunteer, currently serving on the board of the Fox Valley Patriotic Organization assisting with events, promotions, and fundraising. In her free time Cathy is an avid gardener, enjoys yoga, exercising, cooking and traveling.

Shannon Quigley

Assistant Manager

Shannon works closely with tenants in all our locations ensuring lease requirements are met and tenants are experiencing a smooth and stressless storage experience. She also manages our social media accounts as well as graphic design needs. She specializes in assisting customers in complex cross-county moves, utilizing our vast U-Haul Affiliate Network. Shannon has lived in the Kaneland area for most of her life. She likes to spend her free time with her friends, family, her two cats and her dog, Toby. She enjoys nature, traveling, trying new foods, reading, and playing video games.

Ben Stephens

Customer Service Specialist

Ben joined the In Towne Self Storage team in 2020 and soon became a customer favorite for his professional and friendly nature. He states his favorite part about working at In Towne Self-Storage is interacting with our tenants and customers and making sure they are well cared for when renting storage or a U-Haul. Ben has lived in the western suburbs for most of his life. He enjoys outdoor hobbies like hiking, biking and rock climbing, and spends most of his free time with family and friends.

Shelly Nelson

Customer Service Specialist

Shelly assists in our St. Charles location on weekends, when we find many people have moving and storage needs. Interestingly Shelly began storing will us years ago and then decided In Towne would be a fun part-time job! We are delighted to have her, and our customers appreciate her kindness, humor and sunny disposition. When Shelly isn’t working her full time job as a Dean’s Assistant for District 303 she enjoys rock climbing and spending time with family and friends.

Mia Geltz

Sales Associate

Mia joined In Towne Self Storage the Summer of 2024. She is a student a Sandwich High School and a valued part-time member of our team. She quickly become skilled in helping our customers with their moving and storage needs. She is an excellent student and excels at sports, especially softball and basketball. When not playing sports, attending school, or working, Mia loves spending time with friends and family and playing with her dog Gunner. After graduating from High School Mia will pursue a career in cosmetology.

Katie Rivers

Sales Associate

Katie joined our Sandwich In Towne Self-Storage team in the Spring of 2025. Katie grew up in the Oswego area and then moved to Somonauk over 7 years ago with her family. She loves spending time with her two boys and husband. Exploring nature with them, hiking, fishing and camping are among her favorites! She loves to cook, make homemade soaps and candles, and says that helping others and making people smile are the best part of her day!

Tricia Grzendzielewki

Sales Associate

Tricia joined In Towne Self-Storage as one of the founding team members at our new Peru location. She comes with years of experience working in the household cross-country moving industry. She loves the sense of teamwork and camaraderie between coworkers at In Towne. Having worked in the industry for so long, Tricia understands the stress people experience when moving and need storage. She finds it very rewarding to know that she can help alleviate some of that stress. When not at work Tricia enjoys spending time with my husband and three fur babies!

Brandon Elder

Sales Associate

Brandon joined In Towne Self-Storage in March of 2025 at our most recent location in the Peru, IL. He hopes working at In Towne Self Storage will help him become more involved with the local community as he enjoys interacting with tenants and customers to ensure a positive experience. Brandon lives in the Peru area where he enjoys hiking/camping with his wife, kids and two dogs at Starved Rock and Matthiesen State Park. You might see him around the local outdoor events from the Spring to the Fall enjoying all that La Salle County and surrounding areas have to offer with his family.
